Group-Targeted Programs
Our group-targeted programs are designed to harness and amplify the strengths within the school community. Unlike traditional intervention-based programs, these targeted services emphasize a strength-based, preventative model that empowers all kinds of influencers across the school, from high-achieving role models to students whose influence may be disruptive.
Sustain
For the long-term sustainability of our programs for all incoming students and educators, we’re here to help your team understand our processes, practices, and programs to maintain them after we’ve gone. These services include multiple yearlong classes that build upon each other, affecting every grade level, and advanced training for educators.

FOUNDATIONAL k-12 ASSEMBLIES
SIGNATURE S&H EXPERIENCE
We deliver day-long and multi-day experiences. For new schools (and those we haven’t visited in a while), we recommend a one to three-day visit to deliver our signature assemblies and offer a glimpse of our culture-building and community-changing Circles.
GRADES 6-12 | 90 MINUTES
Our Middle/High School presentation focuses on restoring empathy and empowering young people to make a difference. Students will gain new perspectives and learn to become Sweethearts who give H.O.P.E. and Heroes who take action to help those in emotional and social distress.
GRADES 3-5* | 60 MINUTES
Our late elementary presentation is designed to raise awareness of bullying and teach students how to recognize it. The “Stop, Drop, and Roll” of Bullying focuses on simple role-playing scenarios to train students on what to do when they witness bullying. Most importantly, we give them a plan and the tools to carry H.O.P.E. and ‘Jump into Action’ to help others!
*Also suitable for 6th graders.
GRADES K-2 | 40 MINUTES
Our early elementary presentations teach your students the basics of bullying, how to intervene, and what it means to be accepting of those we see as different from ourselves. Through the power of play and our exciting Bully Drills, we give your young Sweethearts and Heroes the superpowers they need to help those feeling down or being mistreated.
Community-Building Circles
Circle is a transformative practice rooted in ancient traditions, designed to bring people together, encourage active listening, and break down vulnerable barriers. It fosters empathy, compassion, and belonging while cultivating critical Human Skills like self-awareness, social awareness, and relationship-building. Circle provides a space for social-emotional learning (SEL) where individuals and communities can forge deeper connections, establish positive norms, and grow together for collective well-being.
We believe Circle should be a weekly practice for everyone. After a foundational assembly visit, we work to build a sustainable Circle culture in your school. Our two-day Circle visits immerse students and staff in this process, focusing on belonging, autonomy, and practicing essential SEL skills. We recommend monthly or bi-monthly visits to ensure consistency and provide ongoing guidance from our Circle experts.
Circle Training
Our Circle Trainings are designed for educators, administrators, students, and school teams looking to bring the "Magic of Circle" to their classrooms, school buildings, and community. Each training can be completed in one or two days. A two-day visit will include practice with our expert facilitators. A vital part of becoming an effective Circle facilitator is getting hands-on experience with seasoned Circle “Weavers,” who help scaffold the information learned on day one.
Admin / BOE Circle Training | 1-2 Days
Applying a top-down onboarding process is a significant component if we want to make sustainable change. Sharing our Circle work and leadership programs with your school administrators or board of education helps gain institutional “buy-in” and systemic implementation.
We believe ALL community members should join in Circle. Participating in this powerful community-building practice is for anyone, and understanding how and why this process improves the lives of our students and educators is life-changing.
educator / staff Circle Training | 1-2 Days
This training experience is designed for school teams looking to bring the "Magic of Circle" to their classrooms and meetings, fostering empathy, compassion, and security throughout their school. You'll learn the value of Circle, how it strengthens connections, and its transformative impact on education.
We’ll teach you our unique approach to running Circles, what sets them apart, and provide all the materials you need, housed in our online platform, The HOPE Classroom.
Weavers of the Future | 1-2 Days
Designed to train middle and high school students in Circle facilitation to promote healthy social norms and create lasting positive change in your school’s culture.
This training empowers student leaders, called “Circle Weavers,” to guide group discussions that foster empathy, develop essential Human Skills (SEL), encourage perspective-taking, and create supportive peer networks.
Student & Teacher Training | 1-2 Days
For 5th-grade students and up, this training focuses on bringing your students and educators together to cultivate a Circle culture in your community and bridge the generational divide that often causes challenges in school. Circle offers a unique opportunity to bring these generational cohorts together, blending the wisdom of experience with the energy of youth to help your community spark change.
Master Weaver Training | 3 Days
For those who have completed our foundational Circle Training, the Master Weaver Circle Training is key to creating a sustainable Circle culture and providing in-house training for future staff and students. This 3-day intensive prepares an elite Circle team in your school to train new facilitators. You’ll learn to tailor and deliver the foundational training using your stories of how Circle has impacted your life. We’ll explore the science of Circle and cover essential Master Weaver skills, including generational awareness, Self-Determination Theory, and the role of prestige and conformity in building support networks.
