For over 15 years, Sweethearts & Heroes has traveled the nation, inspiring millions of students, educators, parents, service members, community leaders, and business professionals. Our mission is simple: to ignite empathy, empower bystanders, and cultivate compassionate leaders. Through our life-saving message of H.O.P.E. (Hold On, Possibilities Exist), we equip individuals with the tools and strategies to Jump into Action and be the difference the world needs.
As a leading force in social-emotional wellness and youth leadership, we deliver dynamic, action-based presentations for K-12 audiences and beyond. Our programs blend age-mixed learning with practical, spaced repetitive practices to foster meaningful change and community connection.

WHERE WE’VE BEEN
Our greatest impact has been across the Mid-Atlantic and New England states of New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania. Some highlights include visiting the Aloha State of Hawaii, the Centennial State of Colorado, and the Lone Star State of Texas.
We’ve also done some fantastic work with our nation’s protectors, notably the NCAA Division I Navy Midshipmen men's lacrosse team at the United States Naval Academy in Maryland, as well as the United States Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton in California.
